Is it a bobcat?

Not sure if you have a bobcat in your back yard? Identifying a bobcat (especially a bobkitten!) can be very difficult. Check out our identifying a bobcat page to see if you have a bobcat on your hands.

Bobcat Crush's Profile Photo

Status:Female Bobcat - Released

Age:10 year(s), 5 month(s)

Crush came to us on 08/29/09 and was brought to us by law enforcement, animal control, or game warden who found it in the wild.

Crush came to us from Southlake Animal Hospital. He had been picked up by Keller animal services after being hit by a car. He was severely injured, and suffered major head trauma. Crush was with us for seven months. It took more than three months of cautious care to get him to walk and see normally again. After a few more months of intensive physical therapy, Crush was back to normal and released back to the wild.
